A key element of the Ansvar Insurance strategic plan is to develop and support loyal and passionate colleagues who proudly advocate for Ansvar Insurance.  We do this through creating the right culture and environment to attract, engage and retain high quality staff in order to improve business performance. We recognise that training is key to the achievement of this goal.

Your development needs are identified through regular one- to -one reviews with your manager, who provide a framework for your training and study.

Education and Training

All enrolment costs for Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services is incurred by Ansvar Insurance.

Colleague Incentives for ANZIIF Courses

  • On successful completion of each examination and on production of the result slip:
    • $100.00 “gross one off” bonus for a pass or credit result
    • $200.00 “ gross one off” bonus for a distinction result
    • $300.00 “ gross one off” bonus for a high distinction result
  • On obtaining the ANZIIF Certificate IV qualification and on production of the result slips/certificate/letter of advice:
    • $ 500.00 gross per annum pay rise
  • On obtaining the ANZIIF Diploma qualification and on production of the result slips/certificate/letter of advice:
    • $1000.00 gross per annum pay rise
  • On obtaining the Degree in General Insurance (1st undergraduate or post graduate insurance qualification) and production of the result slips/certificate/letter of advice:
    • $2000.00 gross per annum pay rise

Company sponsorship for others courses will be considered on an individual basis. Each application for sponsorship needs to be discussed with the colleague's immediate Manager who will refer it to the HRM or CEO for consideration.
